Do I pay before or after the ride?
Payment is collected at the time of service. You can pay by cash, credit/debit card, or any
other method approved by Medical Transportation of America. For scheduled rides, pre–
payment may be available upon request.
Can I book on behalf of a family member?
Yes! You can schedule transportation for a family member or loved one. Please provide all
necessary details, including pickup and drop-off addresses, appointment time, and any
special assistance they may require.
Do you offer same-day transportation?
